Sacred Space, Create Your Own Space for your Crystals and Intentions

Create a sacred space in your home. Place your favorite crystals, icons and plants that connect you with you with your spirituality. 

I have created mine in my living room, where I have my frequency meditation workshops and clients that come for one to one healings. I have felt very connected to rose quartz recently and love the light, pure heart frequencies that it gives. I have recently purchased two cherubs that resonate at that same frequency. I have wanted to keep the alter very light and white so I have included lots of quartz. 

I usually have three or more candles burning and I clear the room/house energetically using resins such as Frankincense before and after a session. Negative thoughts and feelings, fear, etc are released during these sessions, so I need to make sure that the space is cleared afterwards as well.
