Soul questing for shadow work

The lunar cycle begins with the new moon phase.

She brings with her an energy of new beginnings. And at this time in her cycle, we often feel naturally compelled to set our intent for change.

To prepare for this time, we become naturally introspective, looking within towards Soul in order to gain clarity over what newness we want to bring into our lives.

By listening to our inner narrative and doing our inner core work, we bring to light our shadow aspects.

The shadow aspects are those parts of ourself that we struggle with, find challenging and often like to keep hidden.

These parts complete us. Without them we would not be able to feel our light!

Soul questing is a powerful tool to help us with our inner journey of shadow work and insight.

Once we have shed light on the changes we desire, we can then streamline our intentions for the new lunar cycle, set our intent for change and harness the new moon energies.

As ever, as soon as we set our intent for change, our inner blocks, limiting beliefs and restrictive thought processes rise to the surface. We need to shed light on these so that we can dig more deeply and do more clearing. If not they will continue to bind and limit us, keeping us stuck in old energy.

If we are able to connect to the emotions that rise up with our inner blocks, we can release their power over us!

By drilling down into our shadow aspects we are then able to:

- hold a deeper space for others

- learn from our shadow work – which is essential for growth.

- start to understand ourselves more

- Unlock deep soul wisdom that is perfect for us!

Many of us seek only external knowledge and outer work, neglecting our core inner work often through ignorance of its significance in the cycle of growth. Core inner work & soul searching is essential for spiritual empowerment and our ascension process as long as we stop, listen to the guidance and take action.

As we release more density - we bring in the light and are able to support others.
